Discernment

Discerning God's call is a fluid process that can take you in many directions. Discerning your vocation means sorting through the movements of your heart in order to discover your place in God's plan. Remember, all vocations are equally worthy in God's service.  He calls each one of us to serve Him in a capacity that is best suited to our own uniqueness - a place where we can serve with enthusiasm and joy.

Sometimes the call is simply a knowledge deep in your heart that there is something more to your life.  Because this feeling is sometimes hard to express, we may suppress it for a time, but it comes back - like a close friend calling to us.

Have you ever wondered  . . .
  • if   there's something more out there for you?
  • what  life would be like if you were free to serve God and His people full time?
  • when you would have more time for prayer, meditation, reflection, or study?
  • where you could find a community of people who value human dignity more than material wealth and social status?
  • why you felt a special sense of belonging in Church, missionary or community service?

...if  so, then you should come and see the blessings of consecrated life.

A true call to consecrated life leads to a meaningful and fulfilling vocation.

  Be patient.

     Pray daily.

        Listen to you heart.

            Be attentive to His whispers.

Trust in His unconditional love for you!

In time, you will come to know where God is calling you to love and serve Him.
If you allow Christ to lead you, He will bless your journey with love and goodness.
