is a metaphor for inner peace cultivated through stillness, receptivity, and contemplation....we must first be peaceful in our hearts before we can bring peace and happiness in the world of 2026.
You do not catch a butterfly by chasing it:
you sit still and it alights on your shoulder.
Then it chooses you.
That is true happiness.
